




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in logistics to manage mass recruitment, hiring strategies, and personnel administration. Key Highlights: 1. Labor market analysis to enhance competitiveness **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR generalist in the logistics industry. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor separation processes.
