




Main Responsibilities: Support in recruitment and selection processes, job posting, candidate screening, initial interviews. Administration of personnel files and document control. Management of employee hires, terminations, and changes in internal systems or official platforms. Coordination of inductions, training sessions, and evaluations. Tracking of incidents and attendance data for the payroll department. Preparation of reports and updating of personnel databases. Assisting employees with administrative matters. Compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Requirements: Education: Technical, technological, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR or personnel administration. Basic knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (or applicable local legislation) File management Recruitment processes Digital tools (Excel, email, HR systems) Skills: organization, effective communication, teamwork, discretion, and attention to detail.
