Lead recruitment, selection, and personnel administration. **Alcamare is seeking Human Resources professionals in Santa Barbara \- Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise key Human Resources processes, ensuring proper talent management, achievement of performance indicators (KPIs), timely vacancy coverage, payroll administration, and effective resolution of labor conflicts, thereby contributing to a healthy organizational climate and attainment of company goals. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Recruitment and Selection** + Manage recruitment sources (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, etc.). + Ensure timely and appropriate vacancy coverage. + Coordinate interviews and selection processes. * **HR Performance Indicators (KPIs)** + Monitor indicators such as: - Employee turnover - Time-to-fill vacancies - Absenteeism - Retention rate + Prepare reports and propose improvement strategies. * **Personnel Administration** + Track and manage attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, disabilities). + Maintain and update employee files. * **Payroll** + Validate attendance incidents for payroll calculation. + Coordinate with accounting department or external payroll provider. + Ensure accurate and timely payments. * **Work Environment and Conflict Resolution** + Address and mediate labor conflicts. + Implement initiatives to improve workplace atmosphere. + Enforce internal policies and regulations. * **Legal Compliance** + Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. + Support labor audits. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of: + HR KPIs + Recruitment sources + Federal Labor Law + Payroll processes ### **Skills** * Organization and planning * Data analysis * Effective communication * Leadership * Conflict resolution * Working under pressure ### **Performance Indicators (Suggested KPIs)** * % Employee turnover * Average time-to-fill vacancies * Absenteeism rate * On-time payroll processing rate * Employee satisfaction index **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Renewable Resources and Environment **Skills:** * kpis * recruitment sources * effective communication *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cc397f8200003400e47f73\&source\=indeed*
