Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Pharmacist to ensure compliance with medical prescriptions, capture and validate data in computer systems, and manage the distribution of medications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure validation and management of medical prescriptions. 2. Capture and schedule medication orders. 3. Communicate and coordinate with medical units. For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: 'Administrative Pharmacist' What qualifications do you need? * Degree and license in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy (mandatory) * 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical field, hospital setting, clinical laboratory, or healthcare services. * Flexible working hours * Willingness to work in Toluca What duties will you perform? * Receive the original medical prescription and ensure it contains complete and properly required information * Enter, schedule, and validate chemical and clinical limits of medical prescriptions in the computer system. * Schedule orders and separate medical prescriptions promptly and accurately according to physicians’ requirements (urgent and scheduled) * Verify that medical indication information matches the data registered in the computer system * Provide information regarding mixing requests to medical unit staff requiring such information. * Document complaints received from medical unit staff and forward them to the responsible person for timely resolution. * Jointly verify received mixtures with medical unit staff to ensure completeness. * Maintain records of mutual confirmation upon delivery and receipt of mixtures.
