Position Summary: Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and compliance with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Refrigeration chamber and HVAC system maintenance 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance support 3. Electrical installation, painting, and drywall repair MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT FOR REFRIGERATION POSITION OBJECTIVE. MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES IN OPTIMAL CONDITION ACROSS ALL AREAS TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING AND COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. Knowledge Requirements: Refrigeration chambers Hand and power tools Database management Electrical installations (127V – 220V) Painting and drywall, suspended ceilings Manual curtain systems Mechanical and hydraulic ramp systems Climate-controlled ventilation systems Activities: Performing maintenance tasks including inspection, repair, and modifications to facilities and both movable and immovable property Executing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the established work schedule Preparing defect reports for facility repairs, maintenance, and accident prevention Work Location: VESTAPARK II San Blas Otzacatipan, Toluca, State of Mexico. (Near Parque Toluca 2000) Education: Mechanical electrician, general maintenance, or electrical training.
