Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in electricity, plumbing, and masonry to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Property conservation and renovation Maintenance Assistant Requirements: • Preferred: Male • Age: 25 to 40 years old • Flexible working hours • Experience: 3 to 5 years as a general maintenance technician in electrical installations, plumbing, masonry, and all aspects related to building maintenance. Non-exclusive: • Standard vehicle operation (motorcycle, car, and staff van). • Valid driver's license Knowledge and skills: • Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and masonry. • Proficiency in using manual or electric tools and equipment for preventive and corrective tasks. Main responsibilities: • Identify risks associated with various tasks and implement necessary precautionary measures. • Perform corrective and emergency maintenance as required. • Immediately track and follow up on defects. • Inspect equipment to determine required repairs. • Maintain property or furniture; if renovation is needed, manage appropriate quotations. • Supervise assigned personnel We offer: · Gross monthly salary of $16,100 MXN + Punctuality and Attendance Bonus · Statutory benefits · Cafeteria · Transportation · Direct hiring · Work location: Cuajimalpa, adjacent to Santa Fe · Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with flexible time availability.
