Positive work environment A reputable Mexican laboratory specializing in calibration and metrology services—accredited by EMA and with over 16 years of market experience—located in Tlalpan (10 minutes from Glorieta de Vaqueritos), is seeking personnel to carry out the following activities: RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive quotation requests via telephone and/or email. Prepare and send quotations requested by customers. Document customer acceptance of a service by receiving the purchase order, signed quotation, or service payment. Generate service orders for both on-site and laboratory-based services. Complete equipment receipt forms. Communicate with customers electronically or by telephone to follow up on contracted services. Prepare documentation for equipment rental. Request quotations to procure critical products and services (e.g., calibration of standards and auxiliary instruments). Verify that the supplier performing critical services holds valid accreditation. Prepare purchase orders for selected suppliers. Arrange shipment of standards, equipment, and/or instruments for calibration. Procure requested products. Track scheduled receipt dates for items sent for calibration and for purchased products. OFFER: - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus two Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Salary: $16,500 gross - Opportunity for growth and development. - Positive work environment. - Training.
