Job Summary: A prominent Human Capital company is seeking a Tax Lawyer to provide tax compliance advice, analyze legislation, draft legal opinions, and represent clients in proceedings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive federal, state, and municipal tax advisory services 2. Analysis and application of current tax legislation, as well as administrative criteria and jurisprudence 3. Development of tax strategies and representation before authorities A leading Human Capital services company is seeking a Tax Lawyer Main Responsibilities • Advise on compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. • Analyze and apply current tax legislation, as well as administrative criteria and case law. • Draft and review legal opinions, rulings, and tax strategies. • Represent the company or clients in proceedings before tax authorities. • Prepare and follow up on administrative appeals, annulment lawsuits, and amparo actions related to tax matters. • Attend tax audits, reviews, and requests from tax authorities. • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure correct tax interpretation of business operations. • Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate their impact. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). • Specialization, diploma, or master’s degree in Tax Law. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tax law. • Solid knowledge of the Federal Tax Code, Income Tax (ISR), Value-Added Tax (IVA), and tax procedures. Work Conditions Work Mode: On-site. Schedule: Full-time, from 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break); occasional flexibility required to attend audits or legal proceedings.
