Development of tax strategies and representation before authorities A leading Human Capital services company is seeking a Tax Lawyer Main Responsibilities • Advise on compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations. • Analyze and apply current tax legislation, as well as administrative criteria and case law. • Draft and review legal opinions, rulings, and tax strategies. • Represent the company or clients in proceedings before tax authorities. • Prepare and follow up on administrative appeals, annulment lawsuits, and amparo actions related to tax matters. • Attend tax audits, reviews, and requests from tax authorities. • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure correct tax interpretation of business operations. • Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate their impact. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). • Specialization, diploma, or master’s degree in Tax Law. • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tax law. • Solid knowledge of the Federal Tax Code, Income Tax (ISR), Value-Added Tax (IVA), and tax procedures.
