




The logistics specialist has the primary responsibility to support continuous improvement in transportation management and warehousing services. Key responsibilities will include regular reporting and timely, accurate generation of ad hoc reports as requested by the company. Key metrics to monitor include on-time arrival performance, carrier claims, customer complaint rate, warehousing costs, storage errors, and inventory accuracy. The logistics services specialist will be responsible for tracking KPI metric performance against specific service levels, reporting any gaps to planning, and highlighting improvement opportunities. The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. Provide specialized services and supervision in areas including SAP shipment reporting and troubleshooting, vehicle leasing, resolution of commercial accidents, customer complaint system investigation, corrective actions, and analysis. Review of such incidents to make appropriate corrections with customs, whether due to physical shortages or overages versus customs declaration * Imports via Toluca International Airport, CDMX, and seaports; Release of samples from Europe, Central America, USA; submission of documentation, Power of Attorney, Article 54; etc. * Support daily operations; Delivery of physical documentation * Creation of purchase requests for supplier payments * Coordination of units, delivery of documents (EXPORT) within site * Payment processing for import or export operations * Management and control of evidence for billing reports * Manage necessary documentation for customer delivery and sharing with carrier * Carrier payment, tracking of carrier payment, and COCKPIT management (payment or invoicing errors) * Payment to carrier responsible for Border\-Plant & Plant\-Border movements, tracking of carrier payment, and COCKPIT management (payment or invoicing errors)
