**Work Area:** Toluca Terminal, Calle 5 de Mayo **Schedule:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Job Description: Field Recruiter** **Job Objective:** Carry out field recruitment and selection processes to fill the company's operational and administrative vacancies, ensuring the timely and appropriate attraction of suitable talent. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active candidate sourcing in the field (job fairs, hiring booths, flyer distribution, loudspeaker announcements, school partnerships, etc.). * Conduct initial interviews and screening assessments. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with the human resources department or area supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably Bachelor’s in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational or field recruitment. * Knowledge of recruitment sources and talent attraction strategies. * Availability for fieldwork and visits to different locations. * Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. **Competencies:** * Prepare weekly recruitment progress and results reports. * Assist in posting job advertisements and promotional materials at strategic locations. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors and department heads regarding staffing needs. * Follow up with candidates through onboarding. * Proactivity * Organization and planning * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site position
