Establish strategies for institutional growth and educational quality **Tec Mexiquens is seeking a Director in Toluca, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------ *We seek a proactive, organized individual with leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility, communication abilities, and decision-making capacity—oriented toward results and teamwork.* **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise the overall operation of the campus, ensuring achievement of the institution’s academic, administrative, and financial objectives. Coordinate and monitor academic programs, guaranteeing their quality, relevance, and proper implementation in collaboration with teaching staff. Manage the campus’s human, material, and financial resources, fostering an efficient work environment aligned with institutional regulations. Supervise student enrollment, retention, and graduation processes, ensuring appropriate support and service. Establish strategies to meet enrollment and retention goals, actively participating in institutional promotion and positioning activities. Monitor staff performance, promote professional development, and evaluate outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable academic, administrative, and regulatory guidelines. Represent the campus before authorities, external organizations, and institutional events, strengthening strategic partnerships.
