Management of human, material, and financial resources for growth. **Tec Mexiquens is seeking a Director in Toluca, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------ *We seek a proactive, organized individual with leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility, effective communication abilities, and decision-making capability—oriented toward results and teamwork.* **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise the institution’s overall operations, ensuring achievement of the institution’s academic, administrative, and financial objectives. Coordinate and monitor academic programs, guaranteeing their quality, relevance, and proper implementation in collaboration with teaching staff. Manage the institution’s human, material, and financial resources, fostering an efficient work environment aligned with institutional regulations. Supervise student enrollment, retention, and graduation processes, ensuring appropriate support and service. Develop strategies to meet enrollment and retention goals, actively participating in institutional promotion and positioning initiatives. Monitor staff performance, supporting professional development and evaluating outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable academic, administrative, and regulatory guidelines. Represent the institution before authorities, external organizations, and institutional events, strengthening strategic partnerships.
