Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Visualization and BI Specialist to model data, design visualizations, integrate data sources, and automate reporting in Power BI. Key Highlights: 1. Create complex tabular models, relationships, and DAX measures in Power BI. 2. Design visualizations using Data Storytelling and UX/UI principles. 3. Integrate Power BI with PeopleSoft, SQL Server, and flat files. We Are Looking for Your Talent Data Visualization and BI Specialist Responsibilities: Data Modeling in Power BI: Building tabular models, relationships, and complex DAX measures to structure data for accurate multidimensional analysis. Visualization Design: Applying best practices in Data Storytelling and UX/UI to enable rapid interpretation of trends and strategic deviations. Data Source Integration: Connecting Power BI to PeopleSoft, SQL Server, and flat files to consolidate a single source of truth for the entire university. Reporting Automation: Configuring gateways and scheduled refresh workflows to eliminate manual Excel report generation and reduce errors. · Security Management (RLS): Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure each Campus or Zone accesses only authorized information.
