Integration and analysis of construction budgets. 2\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 3\. Development and integration of detailed budgets by specialty. 4\. Analysis of material, labor, and equipment productivity according to project conditions. 5\. Review of item catalogs, unit prices, costs, etc. 6\. Quotations and quantifications. 7\. Tendering and proposal analysis. 8\.
