The ideal candidate must be organized, analytical, and possess solid knowledge of budgeting software and construction processes. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of unit price analyses for construction projects. * Integration of complete project budgets and bill-of-quantities documents. * Review of concept catalogs and quantity take-offs. * Calculation and validation of direct and indirect costs. * Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations. * Conducting occasional site visits for surveys or verifications. * Supporting the engineering and construction departments on cost and budget matters. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Prior experience in unit price analysis. * **Proficiency in unit price software such as OPUS or Neodata (mandatory).** * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Ability to interpret drawings and bill-of-quantities documents. * Availability for occasional travel to construction sites. * Organized, analytical work approach with strong attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (adjustable based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth within the cost and budgeting department. * Excellent working environment.
