




Position Summary: Manufacturing Supervisor to develop and empower the production team, ensuring execution of the production schedule and excellence in manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Develop team competencies and ensure compliance with standards. **Manufacturing Supervisor** **General Information** * Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating weekly shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm; 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am * Education: Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Chemical Engineering * Experience: 1 year in a similar position * Knowledge: Personnel management and production process management. **Objective** Develop competencies, empower, and inspire the *production team under direct supervision* within their assigned production line(s) to ensure correct execution of the production schedule during *shifts under their responsibility*, aligned with the plant’s strategy and meeting business needs through adherence to standards, legal compliance, the NCE model, and continuous improvement initiatives—achieving Manufacturing Excellence. **A Day in the Life of** 1\. People/People Management (Line-centric)* Define and support the development of competencies for their assigned line(s), according to area needs, to ensure daily operations and proper implementation of NCE and achievement of results * Promote proactive and effective communication related to the plant’s strategy to align objectives and jointly manage results and KPIs with the Local Leadership Team (LLT), fostering recognition within their work teams. 2\. Operational Performance/Operations Management (Line-centric)* Optimize material usage and inventory levels through system management to control and improve production costs in their area; analyze and review production versions * Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program for equipment by GTA to maintain the line in basic operating condition * Ensure qualitative and quantitative compliance with the production schedule per shift * Know and promote procedures and instructions for proper equipment operation, area cleaning, administrative handling, safety, and ecology as required to provide personnel with clear guidelines enabling compliance with established standards. * Responsible for implementing NCE (TPM/LEAN) rollout on their line through GTA / GTM management 3\. Improvement Projects (PDCA Line-centric)* Lead and execute improvement projects and loss elimination across the 5 Dimensions of Manufacturing Excellence using NCE tools and methods on their assigned lines * Contribute to feasibility analyses of Innovation & Renovation projects for their assigned lines. * Participate in training and contribute to validation, training, and execution of operational standards for new projects, aiming for Vertical Start-up of their assigned production lines **What Will Make You Successful** * Group management skills * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * SAP * Intermediate English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Application Deadline** 12\-05\-2026
