Requirements: * Technical high school diploma or engineering degree, completed or incomplete. * 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing company. * Knowledge of production processes and operational systems. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Experience in production reporting, logbooks, and process control. * Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Employment stability and willingness to learn.
