If you are passionate about process optimization and have experience in injection technologies, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** * Degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in plastic injection processes within the automotive industry. * Knowledge of scientific injection, parameter optimization, and mold problem-solving. * Proficiency in plastic resins, thermal balancing, scrap control, and cycle efficiency improvement. * Experience in engineering change validation (ECR). * Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), Core Tools, and 8D. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Define and optimize process parameters to ensure quality and stability in production. * Analyze and resolve injection process-related incidents, minimizing scrap and cycle times. * Implement improvements in molds and equipment to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Coordinate and validate engineering changes (ECR). * Ensure compliance with quality standards and automotive regulations. * Collaborate with maintenance and quality departments to enhance mold performance. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
