Strong technical and technological skills demonstrated through proficient use of software such as **Inventor and SolidWorks**, with expertise in: **3D Modeling**, **Assemblies**, **Sheet Metal**, **Simulation and Validation**, **Advanced Surfaces**, **Data Management**, and **Rendering**. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, variety of materials for fabrication, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), GD\&T, robotics, and reverse engineering is required. **A professional committed to quality, integrity, responsibility, and service**. We are a Mexican company with 30 years of experience, dedicated to the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery. We offer integration and automation services. **PROFESSIONAL DEGREE:** Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering with specialization in industrial mechanical design. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in machinery design for industry * Proficient use of Inventor/SolidWorks (assemblies, 3D modeling, sheet metal, advanced simulations, finite element analysis, fluid analysis, manufacturing process automation, data management) * Solid knowledge of physics, mathematics, and mechanical systems * Understanding of mechanical principles, such as gears, bearings, and material behavior * Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams to understand specifications * Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD\&T) * Knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and automation fields * Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic materials * Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes * Knowledge of various fabrication materials, including their properties **(how to apply them, how they affect cost, durability, appearance, performance, and which processes can be used to fabricate and manipulate them to meet project requirements)** * Knowledge of heat treatments * Experience in assemblies, mechanical adjustments, and commissioning * Ability to systematically and creatively identify and solve problems * Capability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams * Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas and present designs to others * Analytical skills for technical design and creativity to innovate and find new solutions * Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and project changes * Results-oriented with emphasis on quality and sense of urgency * Intermediate or advanced technical English * Willingness to travel * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles * Emotional intelligence * No objection to working Saturday mornings **(mandatory)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Requirement gathering and sketch development * Design, integration, modeling, and simulation of assembly stations, mechanical systems, mechatronic systems, and automated systems * Design of special-purpose machines or workstations, either manual or automatic * Concept presentation (sketch) * Timing chart development * Ergonomics analysis * Machine and operator motion analysis * Interpretation of mechanical and pneumatic diagrams * Project reviews with clients and client approval of design releases * Drawing preparation * Preparation and tracking of parts lists for fabrication according to part function * Creation of BOMs (Bills of Materials) * Application of geometric and fit tolerances * Project tracking and control for assigned tasks * Technical support during manufacturing and assistance during initial functional testing * Technical visits to client facilities * Supplier coordination **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Career growth based on experience, aptitudes, and skills * Full-time schedule * Direct employment contract with the company **(upon completion of probationary period)** **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Industrial Automation **Skills:** * Inventor, SolidWorks * Assemblies, 3D Modeling * Advanced Simulations * Finite Element Analysis * Sheet Metal *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d52cfd430000600000ebe6\&source\=indeed*
