A prominent company dedicated to providing comprehensive services for the operation and maintenance of smart buildings is seeking: **HVAC and Refrigeration Technician** **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** High school diploma or technical degree in HVAC and refrigeration, or related field. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of HVAC equipment and electromechanical systems. * Proficiency in using hand tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of the following equipment (e.g., condensers, helicocentrifugal exhaust fans, axial exhaust fans, air handling units, etc.). * Verify that equipment is powered and operating according to specifications. * Inspection and corrective maintenance of equipment such as chillers, VRF systems, and cooling towers. * Identify and resolve anomalies, and diagnose equipment failures. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** * Customer service and client attention. * Follow-up and planning. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $13,000 .
