




A leading mushroom canning company is seeking a Quality Inspector Food Chemical Engineer (1 year of experience), laboratory technician may apply if experience is validated) in the quality area if you are an engineer Shift role, must live near Sta. Ma. Rayón, San Antonio and/or Tenango 1. Inspection of raw materials received 2. Inspection of packaging material upon each receipt 3. Conduct monitoring and reporting on the production line to verify compliance with established specifications throughout the entire process 4. Report to your immediate supervisor any non-conforming product, unsafe product, or potentially unsafe product 5. Comply with applicable prerequisite programs in your work area. 6. Maintain tools, utensils, and equipment in good working condition. 7. Report to maintenance any equipment deviations that could compromise food safety. 8. Verify that equipment is clean before starting or resuming production. 9. Inform your immediate supervisor of any situations that could jeopardize product safety and quality. 10. Monitor critical limits of CCPs according to HACCP Plans. 11. Follow instructions from your immediate supervisor and quality personnel to take actions addressing product or process non-conformities. 12. Notify when operational prerequisites and critical control points exceed critical limits and take actions as described in HACCP Plans. 13. Perform physicochemical analysis of finished product 14.
