




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procedures, liaise with suppliers, and monitor regulatory compliance for responsible and sustainable operations. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel as required by operational needs * Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field EXPERIENCE: * Process tracking (files, applications, permits) * Interaction with public and private agencies * Contact with suppliers * Internal regulations * Management of digital calendars (Zoom, Teams, etc.) * ERP system proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conducting procedures with governmental agencies and private entities * Maintaining communication and negotiation with suppliers, as well as conducting market research for contracting real estate-related services * Reviewing, organizing, and cleaning up contract files * Maintaining contact and follow-up with institutions for procedure management and guideline compliance * Supporting responsible, safe, and sustainable company operations by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
