Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled lathe and milling machine operator to manufacture precision metal parts, interpret engineering drawings, and use measuring tools. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of turning and milling processes. **Job Summary:** A highly skilled lathe and milling machine operator who operates lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision metal parts. This role requires in-depth knowledge of machining processes, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and proficiency in using measurement and quality control tools. **Key Responsibilities:** **Machine Operation:** * Set up and operate conventional lathes and milling machines. * Select appropriate cutting tools and adjust machining parameters. * Perform preventive maintenance on machines. * **Part Manufacturing:** * Interpret technical drawings and design specifications. * Manufacture parts according to required tolerances and surface finishes. * **Safety:** * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Knowledge of turning and milling processes. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications. * Proficiency in using measuring tools. * Skill in working with precision and attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of material properties and various tools used for machining, cutting, and finishing. * Knowledge of autonomous machine maintenance. **Education and Experience:** * Technical education in machining or related field (MANDATORY) * Prior experience as a lathe and milling machine operator (3 YEARS MANDATORY) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
