Responsibilities: * Oversee daily kitchen operations. * Ensure accurate execution of recipes and plating. * Coordinate and train the kitchen team. * Manage supplies, inventory, and requisitions. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Support the Executive Chef in menu development and refinement.
