Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced orderly to actively participate in the safe care and transportation of patients, supporting the medical and nursing teams with ethics and respect. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in patient care improvement and attention. 2. Ethical and holistic interaction with patients and the healthcare team. 3. Essential support in patient mobilization and assistance. Centro Médico ABC is looking for your talent as: ORDERLY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed High School Diploma * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orderly * MANDATORY Patient Transfer and Mobilization Course * Flexible Schedule Availability * Excellent service attitude and demeanor MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Actively participate in individual and assigned-unit improvement initiatives, adhering to patient care processes. - Interact holistically, ethically, and respectfully with patients and the ABC Medical Center staff, in accordance with the Institution’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. - Transport patients during their hospital stay and at discharge using (wheelchairs, stretchers, beds), applying safety goals. - Support nursing and/or medical staff in patient mobilization and/or assistance. - Manage inventory of stretchers and wheelchairs within the assigned unit. - Ensure correct patient transport through 'Transfer Risk' assessment. - WE OFFER: - Competitive Base Salary - Statutory and Above-Statutory Benefits - Life Insurance - Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo) and Paid Vacation - Subsidized Cafeteria - Transportation Allowance - Grocery Vouchers starting from permanent employment SCHEDULE: Flexible Schedule Availability Morning Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM / 2 days off Afternoon Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM / 2 days off WORK LOCATION: Av.
