The Challenge We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems, ensuring operational continuity and proper plant functionality. Key Responsibilities Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures. Tracking maintenance programs. Supporting installation and adjustment of production equipment. Basic interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. Verifying proper operation of critical equipment and systems. Compliance with safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collaborating with Production and Maintenance departments to ensure operational continuity. Candidate Profile Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, or related field. Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience in failure diagnosis and corrective maintenance. Desirable knowledge of PLCs, motors, and pneumatics.
