Job Summary: Hospital Ángeles Pedregal is seeking a Biomedical Engineering Intern to maintain equipment and facilities and carry out assigned tasks, supporting the maintenance department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain equipment and facilities in operational condition 2. Respond to alert code announcements and assigned tasks 3. Join our team as: · ****Biomedical Engineering Intern (NOT YET LICENSED) · Education: Biomedical Engineering student completing internship (INTERNSHIP LETTER MANDATORY) (NO LICENSE OR PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION REQUIRED) Experience: Completion of social service or verifiable experience (minimum one year) in a hospital or health sector institute Availability to work evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week Key Duties Execute assigned tasks correctly to maintain equipment and facilities in operational condition Immediately and promptly respond to alert code announcements involving the department Timely execution of tasks assigned by the Biomedical Engineering Supervisor Provide support in all activities requested by the Maintenance Manager and/or Supervisor Conduct assigned rounds to verify operational status of equipment and facilities. Use tools and work equipment correctly, keeping them functional, clean, and stored in their designated locations.
