This includes not only cocktail mixing and efficient beverage service but also the ability to interact with customers. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Hygienic handling of food. Restaurant bartender (2 to 4 years). Bartender in hotel consumption venues (2 to 4 years). Office software package (Excel, Word) – 1 year of experience. **Responsibilities:** Know and recommend beverages based on customer taste and preferences. Prepare customized cocktails and beverages upon customer request. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, even during high-pressure situations. Work collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Keep the work area clean and organized, including cleaning bar tools and equipment. Mix and prepare beverages according to appropriate recipes and techniques. Monitor recipe adherence in line with beverage standards and presentation requirements.
