




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and delivering vehicles, ensuring their safe parking, key custody, and logistical support — all while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance. Customer Reception** Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, welcome them, and create a positive first impression. **2\. Vehicle Reception** Take the customer's vehicle, visually inspect its condition (e.g., dents, visible scratches), and in some cases, issue a ticket or voucher. **3\. Vehicle Parking** Drive and park the vehicle safely in the designated area, taking care of both the vehicle and surrounding spaces. **4\. Key Custody** Manage and organize vehicle keys systematically and securely to prevent loss or confusion. **5\. Vehicle Delivery** Upon customer request, promptly locate the vehicle and deliver it in good condition, efficiently and courteously. **6\. Control and Recordkeeping** Maintain accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting, either manually (logbook) or via a digital system. **7\. Logistical Support** Coordinate with team members (e.g., front desk, security, or service staff) to manage peak demand periods and ensure smooth operational flow. **8\. Care and Responsibility** Handle vehicles with caution, comply with traffic regulations, and adhere to facility policies. **9\. Customer Service** Answer basic questions, provide directions, or assist with general information about the premises. **10\. Image and Appearance** Maintain an impeccable personal appearance, as it forms part of the customer experience.
