Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure on-time and accurate product delivery to the customer via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, and achievement of established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure compliance with objectives of the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure availability and optimal performance of the channel's physical and technological tools. \- Manage staffing according to demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school diploma or technical degree. Bachelor's degree or engineering degree (incomplete or completed) in economic-administrative fields is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
