




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales teleoperator to contact customers, analyze contracts, propose advantageous offers, manage customer data, and build customer loyalty, working on a part-time basis. Customer data management and loyalty building We are looking for a person to work as a sales teleoperator in León. Your main task will be to call existing customers to understand their current situation and how they evaluate their current energy service. You will need to analyze the type of contract they have and propose an offer that is more advantageous for them, improving their terms. You will also use management software to record data and handle customer information, as well as work on customer retention. This is a part-time position, with 25 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday during afternoon shifts. Statutory rest periods will be respected. * Prior experience in an identical or similar role is desirable. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Availability to start on March 16, 2026. * Availability for company-provided selective training over 4 days, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Completed ESO or equivalent.
