Job Summary: Maintain up-to-date Industrial Engineering information, coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of methodologies to foster active employee participation. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in continuous improvement and programs such as Ideas and 5S. 2. Ensuring implementation of quality, environmental, and safety management systems. 3. Collaborating in the implementation of DOS methodologies. **Job Position** --------------------- Maintain up-to-date Industrial Engineering information for the plant, coordinate initiatives including the "Ideas Program" and "5S Program", and support the implementation of DOS methodologies based on Dana Toluca’s guidelines, policies, and procedures, with the objective of promoting continuous process improvement through the active participation of all personnel employed by the company. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------------------- * Continuously analyze continuous improvement processes and maintain up-to-date Industrial Engineering information. * Ensure implementation of the quality management system in operations. * Ensure implementation and compliance with the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health/Safety management systems in operations. **Education and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. **Skills and Competencies** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and IATF 16949 standard. * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and ISO 14001 standard. * Knowledge of Management Systems (MS) and ISO 45001 standard. * Knowledge of Hazard and Risk Identification and Analysis according to ISO 45001. * Knowledge and identification of Environmental Aspects. * Knowledge of 5S Methodology. * Knowledge of Process Mapping. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Pull System, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Poka Yoke, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Standardized Work. * Knowledge of SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) – Model Change. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of Complaint Pro platform. * Knowledge of APEX. * Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD software. * Knowledge of supplier performance tracking. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
