We are seeking our **Patternmaker Coordinator**. **Job Objective: Manage technical garment development, from pattern and technical specification creation to size validation with suppliers and models, ensuring and guaranteeing brand quality and standards.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in design (verifiable). * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel. * Pattern design and production experience. * Knowledge of technical specifications. * Organized, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * **Quality Control and Fit:** Conduct size run trials on mannequins and coordinate physical fittings with real models. * **Measurement Management:** Track measurement charts and product development sheets until validation. * **Supplier Coordination:** Coordinate sample deliveries and ensure external patternmakers comply with standards. * **Auditing:** Deliver authorized size runs to the quality team for supervision at workshops and plants. * **Research:** Conduct store checks and scouting for new developments jointly with the team. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Base salary of $18,000 net monthly. * Minor medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Brand discounts. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Salvador Velasco, Block 3, Lots 1, 2, and 3, Parque Exportec, 50209 Toluca de Lerdo, Méx. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
