Restaurante El Cien: specialized in traditional Spanish cuisine, is looking to add two Cooks to its team of professionals to work in one of the best locations in Valle de Bravo. Candidate requirements: * Degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience as a Cook. * Experience handling kitchen equipment. * Must be proactive and self-motivated. * Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good personal hygiene. Job responsibilities: * Prepare various dishes, portions, and tapas offered on the menu. * Develop recipes. * Supervise and record all processed food items supplied daily. * Clean and organize the kitchen daily, maintaining a hygienic environment at all times. * Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean. * Prepare reports on food and kitchen product losses. * Place orders for food required to prepare menu items. * Monitor food product rotation to ensure fresh products are always available. The selected candidate will join a work team aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, focused on achieving the company's financial and operational goals.
