Position Summary: A reputable company is seeking an Accounting Coordinator with experience in accounting and auditing to manage monthly closings and accounting entries. Key Highlights: 1. Review and monitoring of accounting accounts A reputable company requires: **ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR** Previous experience: Five years of experience in accounting-responsibility positions or working in audit at one of the Big Four Financial Consulting Firms Responsibilities: 1\. Meet deadlines established in the monthly closing calendar, as well as compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies. 2\. Manual accounting entries for factoring, discounting of documents, uncollectible accounts, reclassifications, provisions, application and reversal of provisions to revenue and cost, validating supporting documentation. 3\. Recording of current and deferred income tax, tax incentives, payroll tax provision, VAT netting, and non-creditable VAT proportion. 4\. Review and monitoring of balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations. 5\. Monitoring and/or reclassification of intercompany entries related to strategy. 6\. Roll-forward of provisions and prepaid expenses. 7\. Inventory valuation and inventory consumption (until the inventory module is implemented). 8\. Daily review of packaging material consumption correctly recorded in inventory and cost (inflows and outflows). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting; a Master’s degree related to the field is desirable, with official degree and professional license.
