Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and control of payroll, fulfilling labor and tax obligations, and providing attention to clients and colleagues. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with labor and tax obligations. 2. Provide timely attention and follow-up to clients and colleagues. 3. Prepare and process payroll on a weekly and/or biweekly basis. A reputable consulting firm is seeking talent to fill the position of: · Payroll Executive · Position Objective Ensure accurate payroll processing and control, guaranteeing compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as providing timely attention and follow-up to clients and colleagues. · Key Responsibilities Prepare and process payroll on a weekly and/or biweekly basis. Calculate severance payments, payroll incidents, and earnings. Manage filings with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Support determination of payroll-related taxes. Prepare and track employment contracts. Control food vouchers and benefits. Maintain up-to-date employee information in the system. Provide attention and follow-up on client requests. Generate administrative reports and controls for the department. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Accounting, or related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience (not merely pre-payroll). Desirable experience in client service and personnel administration. Knowledge Federal Labor Law. IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. ISR (Income Tax) applied to payroll. Payroll and severance calculation. Management of payroll incidents and benefits. Intermediate Excel proficiency. High frustration tolerance. Attention to detail. · General Information Net monthly salary of $20,000 Work modality: Remote work (Home Office), with one office visit per week or once every 15 days.
