




Organizational Development (OD) Coordinator **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Talent Management** * Design, implement, and manage competency-based training programs covering both technical skills and soft skills. **Organizational Culture and Work Climate** * Lead organizational climate assessments. * Design and execute action plans focused on engagement, sense of belonging, and retention. **Training Strategy** * Develop and execute the **Annual Training Plan (ATP)**. * Align training with regulatory requirements, audits, and critical business needs. **Leadership of OD Projects** * Coordinate development programs, career pathing, and succession planning. * Organize integration events and initiatives aligned with corporate values. **Performance Indicator Management** * Monitor KPIs such as turnover rate, training effectiveness, and internal satisfaction. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum of **3 years** in Organizational Development and/or Training roles. * Experience in the **industrial, metal-mechanical, or automotive sector** is desirable. **We Offer** * Salary: $25,000 per month * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
