




Position Summary: Provide personalized support to healthcare professionals by training them on the insertion technique for intrauterine systems and dispelling misconceptions regarding these devices. Key Highlights: 1. Training healthcare professionals on intrauterine systems. 2. Promoting benefits and dispelling myths about intrauterine devices. 3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the healthcare sector. Provide personalized support to gynecologists, residents, and nurses through training on the insertion technique for our intrauterine systems and assist in certain insertion procedures as theoretical support for the insertion technique (only when requested by the physician). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conduct field assessment: identify and visit assigned hospitals and private clinics. Prepare a field diagnosis and report it to the Product Manager and District Manager. 2. Identify hospitals, health centers, and/or family planning units suitable for rotation. 3. Maintain constant communication with the medical representative to ensure appropriate planning of visits to potential healthcare professionals and/or locations with specific needs. 4. Visit gynecologists, and some residents and nurses to provide counseling and training on the insertion technique for our intrauterine systems. 5. Deliver training using the methodology provided to physicians, residents, nurses, and social workers regarding our intrauterine systems. 6. Promote the benefits of our products to dispel existing myths surrounding intrauterine devices and systems. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience: Minimum 2 years. Experience delivering training in Diagnostic Programs or Patient Programs within the pharmaceutical industry, in family planning (preferably involving implants and intrauterine systems), and preferably within public institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE, ISSEMYM). Competencies: Ability to effectively engage professional healthcare groups, deliver presentations, communicate clearly, and address questions. Ideal candidates reside in Toluca or Cuautitlán, Naucalpan, Atizapán.
