




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager/Coordinator focused on Organizational Development to lead human capital strategies and optimize HR processes in the construction sector. Strategic HRBP role supporting senior management and operational departments ***Leading construction company seeks***: \- **HR MANAGER/COORDINATOR FOCUSED ON ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT** **Position Objective** Lead, implement, and oversee human capital management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, organizational development, and optimization of HR processes within construction-sector companies. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement HR management processes aligned with organizational strategy. * Ensure proper implementation and compliance with **Mexican Official Standards (NOMs 035, 024, among others).** * Design, coordinate, and evaluate **training, onboarding, and skills development** programs. * Develop and interpret **departmental KPIs** to measure efficiency and performance. * Supervise **recruitment and selection** processes, including interpretation of psychometric tests. * Maintain liaison with **IMSS** for penalty management and administrative procedures. * Coordinate compliance with **STPS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), REPSE, SIROC, SIRCE**, and other labor regulations. * Implement and monitor **ISO 9001** (implementation experience preferred). * Administer **payroll, internal policies, and labor legal matters**. * Drive **organizational development** initiatives and corporate culture programs. * Serve as a strategic **HRBP** for senior management and operational departments. **Academic Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Civil Engineering, Accounting, or related field.** * **Diploma or Master’s degree in Human Capital, Administration, or related discipline.** **Technical Knowledge** * Mexican labor legislation (**Federal Labor Law (LFT), STPS)** * **IMSS, SIROC, REPSE, SIRCE** processes. * **ISO 9001** (basic level; implementation experience preferred). * **Payroll and legal labor aspects.** * **Recruitment and selection process.** * **Organizational development and internal policies.** * Implementation of **HR management KPIs.** **Competencies** * Strategic leadership * Effective communication * Negotiation and conflict management * Analytical thinking * Adaptability * Results orientation * Empathy and emotional intelligence **Required Experience** * **HR Manager / HRBP roles** * **5 years in the construction sector.** Proven experience implementing regulatory processes and comprehensive HR management Work location: Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Santa Fe, CDMX.
