




**Job Description** At **DayStore**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with experience in logistics and administrative operations, who will act as the direct liaison between the Human Resources department and operational staff. This position is key to ensuring proper human capital management, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, timely employee support, execution of administrative processes, and effective communication with relevant departments. The main objective is to maintain control and organization of personnel processes, promoting a positive work environment, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in coordination with the local supervisory team. **Main Responsibilities****Administrative Management and Personnel Control** * Ensure accurate administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, incidents, and transfers. * Maintain updated database and staffing records for the warehouse. * Manage employment documentation (contracts, files, receipts, incidents, vacations). * Prepare and update weekly reports on turnover, absenteeism, and active staffing. **Recruitment and Selection** * Coordinate the recruitment process for operational positions, from job posting to hiring. * Conduct interviews, reference checks, and document verification. * Collaborate with the operations team to identify staffing needs and fulfill them promptly. **Communication and Work Environment** * Serve as the first point of contact for operational staff on HR matters. * Support internal programs, events, and organizational communication. * Promote an environment of respect, collaboration, and adherence to internal policies. **Policy Compliance and Monitoring** * Ensure compliance with Human Resources procedures and labor regulations. * Monitor incidents, disciplinary actions, and administrative records in coordination with the supervision team. * Participate in internal audits and document compliance reviews. **Job Requirements*** Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or distribution centers. * Knowledge of mass recruitment, personnel administration, incident management, and labor relations. * Intermediate level in Excel and administrative tracking tools. * Partially completed or completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Skills in assertive communication, organization, analysis, and conflict resolution. **Desired Competencies*** Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up. * Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. * Skill in interacting with different hierarchical levels. * Results-oriented and focused on operational compliance. **Work Schedule*** Monday to Saturday **Benefits and Perks*** Statutory benefits. * Monthly performance bonus. * Indefinite contract with a probationary period. * Total Pass membership. * 4 paid mental health days per year. * Paid birthday leave. **Job Type:** Full-time **Location:** Near the Arco Monument "Puente Zapata"
