Ensure a positive candidate experience Recruitment and Selection We are looking for a professional responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting talent aligned with the organization's needs. The individual will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting established hiring timelines. Requirements A completed bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection, proficiency in posting vacancies on job boards, and strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Responsibilities This position involves posting vacancies on job boards and professional networks, conducting direct candidate sourcing via headhunting, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, coordinating interviews with department leaders, administering psychometric or technical assessments when necessary, maintaining an up-to-date candidate database, providing end-to-end follow-up throughout the selection process, preparing progress and recruitment metrics reports, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires. Competencies Results orientation, effective communication, time management and organization, teamwork, and attention to detail are highly valued. Work Conditions Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in the Los Alpes and Magdalena Contreras areas of Mexico City.
