International Fintech Solutions Company is looking for: Consultative B2B Sales Executive (Experience required in selling: Fintech, SaaS, Bancatech, Financial Solutions) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field * Must have an 'active client portfolio' (SMEs) * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Remote) * Intermediate English * Minimum 5 years of consultative B2B sales experience (Fintech, SaaS, high-level SME banking), selling directly to Legal Entities (LE) and Self-Employed Professionals (SEPs). * Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas through self-driven prospecting (not inbound only). * Fully 'Hunter' profile required — must proactively prospect and seek new clients. * Proficiency in Salesforce and full openness to leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate ramp-up and productivity. * Accustomed to detailed management and daily tracking of metrics as a path to excellence. * Experience selling integrated solutions including Credit (WCL), Cards, and Payment Solutions. You do not sell isolated products; you sell the SME’s 'Financial Operating System'. * Consultative Hunter profile who understands that an SME does not need just a loan — it needs a capital strategy to dominate its market. * Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, social media, and AI-powered prospecting tools. No 'cold calls'; only intelligent outreach. * CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline management experience.
