Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor for the automotive sector, responsible for auditing operational processes, verifying compliance, and evaluating internal controls. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports with improvement recommendations We require an internal auditor for the automotive industry Santa Fe area Requirements • Students completing their degree or graduates in: Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. • Prior experience in accounting firms, audit departments, or automobile agencies. • 2 years of experience. • Ability to manage high volumes of information. • Proficiency in Windows applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Preferred: Knowledge of Quiter, GDS, SAP. • For Excel: Advanced handling of large datasets using pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros. • Basic accounting knowledge: Cash counts, bank reconciliation review, physical inventory counts, account consolidation, confirmations, verifications, information analysis, etc. • Administrative knowledge: SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, risk matrix. We offer: Job Responsibilities: • Conduct periodic audits of the company’s operational processes related to vehicle purchasing, sales, financing, and maintenance. • Verify compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and company-established operational procedures. • Evaluate internal controls and administrative, financial, and operational processes related to the automotive sector. • Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks, proposing solutions and corrective actions. • Prepare detailed audit reports including findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance departments to ensure consistency and transparency of activities. • Perform inventory and fixed asset audits (vehicles and spare parts), verifying proper documentation and valuation.
