




Job Description You will apply your academic knowledge to support the review and analysis of candidates related to architecture, design, and construction, while developing administrative and talent management skills. Responsibilities • Support the Human Resources department in identifying candidates for technical positions. • Apply architectural knowledge to review portfolios, basic blueprints, or technical documentation of candidates. • Assist in drafting and updating technical job descriptions. • Participate in the pre\-selection of candidates based on technical competencies and job requirements. • Coordinate and follow up on interviews and hiring processes. • Organize and update personnel files and departmental databases. • Prepare administrative reports and provide operational support to the HR team. • Collaborate in internal Human Resources activities related to talent attraction.
