Cleaning of perimeter grilles (rectangular). Floor inspections to verify cold air supply, including: office floors, convenience store, and domes. SITE inspections to verify that space temperatures do not exceed 20 °C. Replacement of MERV filters. General inspection of VAV, F&P, F&C, Mini Split, UMAS, and ductwork.
