Position Summary: CBRE is seeking an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at a department store. Key Highlights: 1. HVAC and Refrigeration Technician. Location: Toluca (Galerías Toluca) Shift Rotation: Weekly rotation: Monthly rotation: Morning shift 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Afternoon shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, one fixed day off per week. Requirements: Completed junior high school or high school education. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance and/or trades. Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems Maintenance of department store facilities Use of multimeter; voltage and amperage measurements; gas pressure readings Leak detection; copper pipe soldering Equipment cleaning; parameter readings; pressure parameter review Basic electricity: 110V, 220V, and 440V Why CBRE?
