




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Procurement Assistant to manage and control expenses, conduct purchases, negotiate with suppliers, and generate reports to optimize event-related costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls expenses to optimize procurement costs. 2. Negotiates with suppliers to obtain the best terms. 3. Manages weekly purchases and maintains supplier databases. We are looking for your talent as: Administrative Procurement Assistant · Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement administration, inventory control, and supplier management. Intermediate Excel skills. Negotiation ability. Own vehicle required (mandatory) · Responsibilities: · Expense control and administration. Conduct weekly purchases to meet requirements necessary for event execution. Create and maintain up-to-date supplier databases. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and purchase conditions. Actively identify top-performing suppliers. Monitor supplier compliance with delivery deadlines and purchase conditions. Generate procurement, payment, and delivery reports. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other documents related to the acquisition process. Develop strategies to reduce procurement department costs. · We Offer: · Monthly net salary of $12,000 to $15,000 (based on experience). Statutory benefits.
