We Are Looking for Talent! - ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR - REQUIREMENTS: -Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (Degree holders) -Knowledge of the Unified Circular for Insurance and Surety Companies (CUSF), Financial Information Standards (NIF), and accounting regulations for insurance companies. -Experience managing a team of at least 8 people -Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accounting Coordinator -Knowledge of General Accounting Responsibilities: Coordinate and develop the personnel under supervision to ensure accurate accounting recording, as well as timely presentation and delivery of required information across various reporting periods: monthly, quarterly, and annual. Remain continuously updated on general accounting provisions, accounting regulations for insurance companies, the Unified Circular for Insurance and Surety Companies (CUSF), and Financial Information Standards (NIF), to verify their proper implementation in the company’s operations. Collaborate with the team to ensure appropriate information flow within the department, facilitating the timely preparation of the accounting closing according to the established schedule.
