Position Summary: Execute and maintain on-site inventory control, ensuring proper handling of materials from receipt through to customer dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with safety protocols and procedures **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain on-site inventory control to ensure proper handling of materials under your responsibility—from material receipt, safeguarding, and storage through to correct dispatch to the customer. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials arriving at the Site and properly register and store them both physically and in the system. * Safeguard materials both physically and in the system to enable accurate tracking. * Store, clean, and preserve materials located at the Site. * Perform dispatch at the service counter and point of use. * Carry out appropriate dispatch and handling of chemicals, following applicable safety protocols. * Perform any other duties required in support of your position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures. * Know and comply with area procedures documented in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Requirements: **EDUCATION:**Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:**1 year as a Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Knowledge of materials dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S methodology. 3. Service orientation. 4. Inventory management.
