REQUIREMENTS: Education: Minimum completed high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 1 year as an operational billing clerk or administrative assistant in a warehouse or similar role. Schedule: Monday to Saturday Availability for rotation across 3 shifts. Intermediate Excel proficiency Report preparation File management Customer and supplier billing control and tracking Storage systems, material handling, and administration systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enter service orders into the system to generate fiscal invoices for end customers, as well as print such invoices. * Maintain an updated database of evidence to ensure detailed control over invoiced and delivered orders to end customers. * Cancel deliveries in the system that lack materials eligible for invoicing. * Prepare reports on all received orders, invoices issued, and shipments dispatched, for statistical analysis. * Prepare reports based on the customer's monthly target. * Comply with the quality management system and good documentation practices. OFFERED: Salary: MXN 11,300.00 gross per month. Statutory and above-statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company.
