Medical Informatics, dedicated to technical support for software in the diagnostic area of the healthcare sector, is seeking a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE**, ***preferably with experience in blood banks, laboratories, or the medical industry.*** *Requirements:* * Technician in Computer Science, Systems Engineer, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science * 1 year of experience in technical support for end users, preferably in blood banks, clinical laboratories, or the healthcare sector. Main Responsibilities: * Installation of software for blood bank and laboratory management. * On-site and remote technical support services for users of blood banks and clinical laboratories across various healthcare sector institutions. * Training for healthcare sector users on how to operate our software. * Installation and configuration of Operating Systems: Windows. * Installation, configuration, querying, and maintenance of Databases: SQL\-Server. * Installation and configuration of Application Servers: TeamViewer, IIS, etc. * Data backup and information recovery. * Knowledge of web environments. * Hardware assembly, repair, and installation: computers, network electronics, device cabling.
